Before Commissioning

Please take a moment to read the information below before submitting your inquiry.

• Full upfront payment via PayPal or VGen.
• Your slot will be officially reserved after payment has been completed.
• I generally cannot reserve commission slots more than one month before payment.

• Please ensure that any characters or designs included in your request are either owned by you or properly licensed for use.
• Exact replication of reference designs or compositions is not accepted. Please use references as inspiration or style guidance only.

• Please let me know how you plan to use the artwork in advance.
• Commercial use may incur additional fees depending on the content.
• The copyright of all works remains with the creator (Pinako).
• Commissioned artwork, including sketches, alternate concepts, and work-in-progress images, may be used in my portfolio or posted on social media. If you prefer to delay or restrict publication, please inform me in advance.

• One rough sketch concept will be provided, with up to 2 minor revisions included.
• Minor revisions include small adjustments such as slight color tweaks or detail corrections.
• Major changes or additional revisions will incur extra fees (e.g., pose changes, color scheme changes, additional elements, or changes to the original brief).
• No revisions are available after final delivery, except to correct mistakes on my part. This does not include changes based on personal preference.
• Please ensure all requests are confirmed during the sketch stage.

• Please do not share commission-related materials (such as sketches, work-in-progress images, pricing, or other project details) without prior permission. (This includes social media, livestreams, and AI services.)
• The commissioned artwork may not be used for AI training or AI image generation, modified without permission, traced, or redistributed.
